Who we are
Gris Noir is a trading name of Gris Noir Labs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17479980), with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. We are the controller of the personal information described here. For anything about it, write to hello@grisnoir.ai.
What we collect, and why
When you book a conversation. Your name, your email address, the time you choose, your time zone and anything you write in the optional question. We use it to hold the conversation and to follow it up. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering people who ask to speak to us.
When you email us. Your email address and whatever you send. We use it to reply, on the same basis.
When you visit the site. Our hosting provider records technical details of each request, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver the pages and keep the site secure. We do not use this to identify you, and we run no advertising or profiling.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing on your device. The booking page shows a calendar provided by Cal.com, which sets a small number of cookies needed to run the calendar securely. They are set only on the booking page.
Who handles it for us
Cal.com provides the booking calendar. Google provides our calendar, email and video calls. Cloudflare hosts the website. Each acts on our instructions. Some of them process information outside the United Kingdom, under the safeguards UK data protection law requires. We do not sell personal information or share it with anyone else, unless the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
Booking details and correspondence are kept for up to two years after our last contact with you, and longer only where you become a client and we need records of the engagement.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or stop our use of it, or to send it to you in a portable form. Write to hello@grisnoir.ai and we will answer within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
