AI implementation, from a costly operation to a system in production.

Most AI pilots stop before production. We take one expensive operation, work out where AI belongs in it, and build the system that runs it.

AI implementation is the work between a promising demo and a system your team relies on every week. It means mapping how the operation runs today, deciding which steps software should take, which an AI agent can prepare and which stay with a person, then building that into the tools you already use.

Gris Noir does this as done-for-you delivery. You get a diagnosis you can act on, a build at a fixed price, and a system that belongs to the business.

Find where to start

Three steps, each one priced.

  1. 01

    Blueprint

A fixed-fee diagnostic. You get the operating map, a cost baseline, the opportunities ranked, a detailed design of the system and a fixed price to build it. Yours whether we build it or not.

  2. 02

    Retrofit

We build and deploy the system agreed in the Blueprint, typically two or three connected workflows, inside your infrastructure.

  3. 03

    Operating Partner

Optional. We monitor the system, fix what breaks and improve it each month. You own it either way.

Who this is for.

Pilots that stalled

You have tested AI and seen it work in a demo. Nothing has reached the people who do the work.

One operation that costs too much

A recurring process where skilled people spend real time, and the work waits between them.

An owner with authority

Someone can change how the work gets done and switch the old way off.

A number to move

Cost, speed or capacity that can be measured before and after.

Questions.

How much does AI implementation cost?

The Blueprint is £8.5k, fixed. A Retrofit is typically £45–60k, with the price fixed once the Blueprint is done. Operating Partner is £5–8k a month and optional.

What if a simple automation would solve it?

Then we say so. The Blueprint ranks the opportunities by what they are worth, and some of them need ordinary software, or a change to the process, and no AI at all.

Who owns the system?

You do. It is deployed inside your infrastructure and it stays yours whether or not you keep us on to run it.

Do you run free pilots?

No. The Blueprint is paid because it is useful without the build: the map, the baseline and the design are yours whether we build the system or not.

Where is your business losing time?
